Our Story

Born from a
Love of Taiwanese Cuisine

Ninepot brought the authentic Taiwanese stone hotpot experience to the Philippines — a first in the country. Rooted in the rich tradition of Taiwanese dining culture, we reimagined hotpot as a personal, intimate meal: each diner with their own stone vessel, their own broth, and their own story at the table.
